Jammu, June 7 : On this momentous day, as Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the iconic Chenab Bridge—the world’s highest railway arch bridge, India’s first cable-stayed Anji Bridge and Katra-Srinagar Rail link, Devyani Devender Singh Rana shared a heartfelt post, saying she felt "humbled and privileged to be in the August presence of the Most Hon’ble and Respected Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi Ji during the historic inauguration, making the dream of connecting Kashmir to Kanyakumari a reality."
As she stood at the site of this historic milestone, the memory of her father, the late Shri Devender Singh Rana—senior BJP leader and a strong voice for Jammu and Kashmir—was deeply felt. His absence leaves a void that the region still mourns, but today, his legacy lives on through his daughter, who is carrying forward his ideals and commitment to the people.
Her presence on such a significant occasion is not just symbolic, but a reminder of the enduring vision and service of leaders like Devender Singh Rana, whose dreams are now becoming a reality for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
